Cannstatter Wasen, 23 April 2011 - 15 May 2011The colorful, cheerful Stuttgart Spring Festival invites you the Cannstatter Wasen. For three weeks, visitors from near and far celebrate the longed for spring in a cheerful and jolly manner. Pure pleasure is on the program with a Ferris wheel, the Wild Mouse, raffle stands, festival beer, cotton candy, Bratwursts, "Göckele" and Kässpätzle (Swabian noodles with cheese) - with everything which belongs to a festival for the whole family.
Public transportation
We recommend traveling by public transportation. In case you come from out of town with the car, please use the indicated P+R parking lots. There is information at the connection inquiry of the German Rail and with the electronic schedule information, the destination stop is Cannstatter Wasen.
Children's gathering place, helmet storage and Red Cross
We hope you don't need it, but if you should need help in any form, between the festival grounds and the parking lot you will find the Wasen office of in.Stuttgart Veranstaltungsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG with a children's gathering place, the German Red Cross, the Wasen watch of the state police and the helmet and luggage storage location.
Family Days every Wednesday, the whole dayStrongly reduced prices at all rides and culinary stands ensure that the family days are an unforgettable experience for parents and children. Merry-go-rounds, scooters and a colorful children's program will make the eyes of the little ones sparkle.
Seat reservation in the tents
The innkeepers of the festival tents are responsible for the reservation of seats. Current information as well and the fax and telephone numbers for reserving seats will follow before the beginning of the spring festival as soon as they are available.
