MUSICAL CATS IN STUTTGART

 The globally successful musical celebrates its premiere in Stuttgart on 4th November

... and the audience are closer than ever before to the colourful turbulence of the cat ball. This is because the CATS specially designed grand theatre tent has a large, circular stage, up to three quarters of which is surrounded by audience seating. The production is returning therefore to its roots - the much celebrated world premier on the round stage of the New London Theatre.

Come and relish the night of nights...

 

The moon shines silvery over the secluded scrap yard. Between the discarded furniture, worn-out  bicycle tyres, wrecks of cars and rusty ovens, secretive creatures creep about on velvet paws. Their yellow eyes sparkle in the darkness and a soft purring can be heard. For
one night, the Jellicle CATS have chosen this dimly lit location to be the meeting place for their annual ball. It is the night during which the wise cat leader Old Deuteronomy will select one of them for a second life. Everyone is gathered: Young and old, loveable and curious cats. And they all tell their stories... until finally, one of them receives the honour of ascending into cat heaven.

Klagenfurt ist the capital of Carinthia with a population of 90,000 and is located close to the Wörthersee in the South of Austria. The town's landmark is the "Lindwurm". According to a legend, an evil dragon infested the region where Klagenfurt is located today.

Let´s Dance for Life!

This is the 11^th time that Charity Verein will hold its "Let´s Dance for Life" gala at the ball room of the ARCOTEL Wimberger. As in the previous years, this full charity event will offer an inspirational and varied supporting programme, featuring for example a sizzling burlesque show. In addition, the charity gala for Aids Hilfe Wien will also give guests a perfect opportunity to dance themselves. Special guest of the evening will be Conchita Wurst. Conchita will perform some of her songs and will of course also be available for a photo and autograph session.

Hamburg is the place to be for New Year!

There are lots of places where you can see out 2012 and give a fitting welcome to 2013. Naturally, we are biased and can imagine no finer place than Hamburg. At the turn of the New Year you can really make a noise here, whether it’s on land at small or large parties, or on the water on the Rivers Elbe and Alster.

There is an unimaginable range of possibilities, from large New Year’s Eve parties through to lively boat parties, where you can watch the fantastic, colourful fireworks in Hamburg’s skies from the water. On board you can pop the champagne corks and enjoy a New Year’s Eve buffet in a pleasant atmosphere with musical entertainment. The most spectacular fireworks will be set off in the harbour and on the River Alster. As this is well-known, many people come to Hamburg every year from all around. On the stroke of midnight the harbour skies are lit up by the rockets’ breathtakingly colourful light and all the boats welcome in the New Year by sounding their horns. No-one goes home hungry either, as there are lots of stalls along the harbour promenade. For those who don’t want to miss the fireworks but don’t want to be in the crowds of people, there is a small trip available on the outer Alster lakes. There are many locations here where you can observe and enjoy the light show in the sky in peace and quiet.
