We can offer the body something good with our new menu, which is redesigned every 3 months by our creative chef Michael Steeb and his team.

Fried sweetbreads with baby vegetables in a sherry marinade and spring salad

Tomato essence with quark basil dumplings

Tirolean Schlutzkrapfen (spinach ravioli) sautéed in sage butter with lamb’s lettuce and mountain cheese

Crispy fried fillets of sea bream with mint couscous and roasted pepper

Styrian Zweigelt – corn fed chicken breast with tarragon and chervil, vanilla mashed potato and glazed green asparagus

Honey glazed duck breast on artichoke purée with sautéed sugar snap peas
