....and Sunday Jazz Brunch
The restaurant at ARCOTEL Wimberger goes back to its roots as a place full of history and welcomes its guests at the WIMBERGERs wia z'Haus. The legendary Jazz Brunch will be continued as usual.
The established team around executive chef Peter Lerner turned the menu at the restaurant at ARCOTEL Wimberger almost completely inside out. Since autumn of last year the menu has been dominated by traditional Viennese fried breaded chicken with potato salad or Fiaker goulash with fried sausages. And of course, such sweet delights as homemade curd cheese dumplings.
Sunday is brunch day
Sunday is the day of the traditional WIMBERGERs Jazz Brunch. Guests can indulge in a sumptuous buffet brunch and enjoy live entertainment with music stars presenting their jazz, blues, soul or swing melodies. Brunch time is Sundays from 12.00 to 3 p.m. (except July and August).
