The hotel with its 169 double rooms in two categories is located in the middle of the green area surrounding the "art and culture mile" of Linz, still the centre and the historic district are reachable within a few minutes' walk. Additionally eight bright, fully air-conditioned conference rooms with a size ranging from 25 sqm to 210 sqm, mostly with daylight and a glorious view of the Danube, as well as one Business Suite on the 12th floor, offer the perfect preconditions for any event.
