Art event at the ARCOTEL Nike
A truly amazing art event took place at the KÉ café & bar on 06. September 2012.
German artist Jochen Detscher presented great pictures which can be admired at the ARCOTEL Nike until December 2012.
The winetasting of award-winning Austrian vine dressers S. Donaubaum and J. Heinrich was very much appreciated by the guests who were also spoiled with culinary treats prepared by chef Markus Kainberger and his team.
No wonder that General Manager Rinaldo Bortoli was very happy to welcome more than 70 guests. The relaxing evening in sophisticated ambience ended long after the wine tasting accompanied by live piano music.
Autumn in Zagreb
The Croatian capital
is ideal for unforgettable autumn trip!
Although the summer
sun is getting weaker, the City of Zagreb does not lose its Mediterranean
charm. On the one hand ARCOTEL Allegra is the ideal starting point for autumnal
adventures, on the other hand, the city offers a variety of entertainment and
leisure activities.
For following months numerous events are planned. For all music fans we recommend the concert Il Divo (09/17/2012; Arena Zagreb). If you admire more the street party, then you may prefer Rujanfest - a Croatian version of the Oktoberfest - (13.09.-23.09.2012). For food lovers we recommend the restaurant week (05.10.-10.14.2012), on which our restaurant Radicchio also participates. To get more information about other events taking place in Zagreb, visit the official web site of the City of Zagreb.Or contact us personally!

Deep Reverence
The caves were discovered in 1870 by miners in search of lead and zinc. By following the galleries which Nature had herself created, they were able to penetrate faster and deeper into the mountain. Today, a subterranean world reveals itself to visitors, one in which carefully placed lights illumine the otherwise total darkness. You stand reverently before what those miners were the first to see. The daily lives of these people becomes tangible, real, as you make your way throught the caves.
